Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to mean

"Conscious Guided Life Energy".

REI is Spiritual Wisdom.

KI is Life Energy.

Ki in Japanese is also known as Chi in Chinese and Prana in Sanskrit, referring to the universal life force energy that animates all living things. This unique energy offers proven benefits to our physical health AND is the primary energy of our thoughts and emotions. Therefore, this vital life energy plays an important role in everything we do!
